We have many class offerings, some of which are offered through Foundations Birth Services and some that are independently hosted.
We are also always looking into scheduling new classes that might be of assistance. To show your interest in a class that doesn't currently have an upcoming offering date set, simply select the class title and fill out the waitlist form.
Our Approach to Classes

At Hatch Holistics Inc., we aim to provide classes that can be a useful adjunct to the care, perspective and information that you will be receiving from your core care provider.

As is likely obvious from our business name, we aim to live, explore, and share from a very holistic point-of-view. Sometimes this means that you will hear perspectives and experience in our classes that are different from others you have heard before - and that's okay!

Our goal is to provide you with options, and being the intelligent, capable, and responsible parent that you are, you can decide what choices are right for you and your family.
Format for Classes

Class Size: We love to keep our class sizes small and intimate. This not only affords us the privileged of getting to know you and your partner better, but also allows us to tailor our content to what is most front-of-mind and timely for you!

Class Length: Regular length (not expanded) classes are approximately 2 hours in length.

Class Location: Many classes are currently offered through Foundations Birth Services, which uses to locations (one in St Vital and one in St James). When you follow the link to register for a class, the date and location options will be shown on the Foundations Birth Services website. Classes can also be hosted online or privately.

Class Presentation Style: All classes are preferred to be presented in-person but can also be presented online. Classes such as the Bringing Baby Home Class involve the demonstration of some different baby products and the rest of the class is presented by Kira Beaudry with ample time for discussion and feedback.

Class Resources: After the class, an email will be sent to participants with links to private pages on this website that list many of the different resources and products mentioned during the class. No printed materials will be provided.
